Team Kramer Got Hooked on DIY with the 3M Command Damage-Free Hanging Solutions

Wazzup Pilipinas!

What do you give someone that has everything? Give them any of the product line, especially the hooks, of 3M Philippines. I'm sure they would like to hang something to organize and add more space at their homes, offices or schools.

Hooks are a common sight at places where one wants to organize stuff especially nowadays when space are becoming smaller like in condominiums and apartments and even at housing projects that cater to the masses .... and since majority would like to do the organizing themselves, Do-It-Yourself (DIY) projects have been very popular.

3M Philippines has been a consistent leader in bringing to the consuming public several revolutionary ideas that are indeed so useful. Their products make life so convenient for many households, offices, educational institutions and everywhere else needing of ingenious products that are also affordable.

The company continues with its amazing track record by launching the Command Damage-Free Hanging Solutions for our kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and everywhere else where we hang objects and just about anything and everything.

Wally Watthead and His Lost Glow: A Bubbles and Confetti Filled Magic Show

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Seeing bubbles and confetti flying through the air is fascinating especially if you're a kid. As an adult, it brings back memories when we used to play with our bubble machines, and throwing itsy-bitsy pieces of shredded paper in most celebrations. May it be a children's party or a special occasion among adults recognizing an achievement, it's quite joyous to see an attraction.

Even grown-ups were amazed of the sudden bursts of confetti and bubbles at the Wally Watthead and His Lost Glow magical show held last Friday November 14, 2014 at the PETA Theater Center. The children were not the only ones cheering. Even the grown ups were thrilled.

The clown-like magician Wally Watthead (played by Janne Raudaskoski from Finland) doesn't talk much in the show but his facial expressions were so wacky that his further interactions with a giant mobile phone named Simon the Simcard (voiced by Jonathan Hutchings) and a screen-projected Polly Picture (played by Tuija Nuojua Raudaskoski) was as funny as watching my old-time favorites children's show during my younger years.

Confidence: The Secret to Taking The Plunge

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Living the life you’ve always dreamed of begins with confidence. If you feel that it’s the one thing you’re missing, here are a few steps that will help you gain self-assurance.

Know your strengths and weaknesses. Confidence comes from knowing who you are, which means being able to determine both your strengths and weaknesses. By being in touch with both, you can make better life choices. This is also a good gauge on things you need to improve on and work hard at, helping you create a better version of yourself which you can be proud of.

Expect your success. Pessimism is not just draining: it also undermines your performance. Expecting the worst possible outcome can dampen your spirits and make you more worrisome rather than hopeful. Choosing to think that the outcome will be positive and successful helps in building your confidence.

Take risks. Ironically, taking risks helps develop us into becoming better people. There’s no confidence found in doing the same things over and over again. We develop who we are by doing things that we don’t naturally do. By overcoming things that used to scare us, we develop a stronger sense of self, something needed in becoming more confident.

Pasay Business Conference 2014: Preparation, Business Linkages and Financing for ASEAN Integration

Wazzup Pilipinas!

As Pasay City business chamber prepares for the coming of the ASEAN Integration next year, it is high time to further discuss and share information on this. The Philippines should play an active role in pursuing the integration of Southeast Asian economies because many would like to find out if the country will benefit or suffer from the integration.

Though the country has comparative advantages that should make integration beneficial to Filipino businesses, there are critics who fear that the Philippines is not yet prepared for integration because the Philippines could lose out in a regime of tighter market competition in the region.

To help in the ASEAN Integration preparation, the first Pasay Business Conference was organized to benefit businesses who would like to get a better view of the issues. The conference will be held on November 25, 2014 at Heritage Hotel, Pasay City with the theme “Preparation. Business Linkages and Financing for Asean Integration,"  and aims to inform and educate the majority of Pasay City business owners on the concepts , best practices , do’s and don’t’s and further prepare for the Asean economic Integration.

Fresh from his critically-acclaimed performance as the sublime paralytic in “Ang Huling Lagda ni Apolinario Mabini,” ROEDER CAMANAG shall once again reprise his role in Gantimapala Theater’s EL FILIBUSTERISMO.

“ EL FILIBUSTERISMO ” --- the novel of national hero Dr. Jose Rizal written by noted playwright Jomar Fleras narrates the return of the protagonist of Noli Me Tangere, Crisostomo Ibarra, under the guise of the wealthy jeweler named Don Simoun.

He also won the 2013 Aliw Awards for Best Actor (Musical) for “Stageshow” under Tanghalang Pilipino.

“El Filibusterismo, whose alternate title is The Reign of Greed, is a very dark novel, it was set in a dark time, written during the dark days of the Spanish tyranny, the themes progression is wheeled by an unseen dark force, a force that is so powerful that it controls even the characters trivial actions and choices that often lead to nothing but tragic endings. This unseen and destructive force is greed,” said director Jose Jeffrey Camañag.
