Wazzup Pilipinas!
"Roses are red,
violets are blue.
it's called Catching Fire,
not Hunger Games 2"

Katniss Everdeen has returned home safely after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts.

Along the way, Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.
Watch the sequel to the blockbuster film The Hunger Games now subtitled with Catching Fire as The Great Events Plus Phil. Inc., brings us a special blocked screening on November 22, 2013 at the Shang-CinePlex at EDSA Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City.

Infographics
were made to ease our lives. The easy-to-comprehend graphical guides were designed to give us a quick and fun way to go through almost anything meant to inform, educate, assist, instruct, persuade, influence, and everything else in between, above and beyond.

I think there's an infographic for everything out there especially if its too complex or lengthy for our little brains to grasps. The attention and retention span of most of us simply just needs a little more encouragement with the use of the straight-to-your-face infographics.

An infographic has been created about the mobile app of jobsDB Philippines  to help educate their members and other job seekers on how to use it.Right now it’s available in different OS specifically Android and iOS.

jobsDB.com Philippines is your online portal for jobs here in the Philippines and abroad. Find jobs that suit you from different job categories in Marketing, Engineering, Nursing, IT, Design, Call Center, Accounting, including factory jobs, drivers, and many others.

12th Filipino Franchising Show : Franchising Opportunities for Every Filipino

Wazzup Pilipinas!

The 12th Filipino Franchising Show boasts of more than 30, 000 visitors and 300 exhibitors who took part in the featured products and services from various regions of the country. Most of the booths at the show were impressive and really caught our attention. I believe that one would easily become successful in attracting potential franchisers if the business owners know how to capture the interest of the people by coing out with eye-catching store facades.

The event also had a lot of franchising investment opportunities in food, retail and services. There were also scheduled demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions for the attendees.

Bringing to the fore AFFI’s commitment to uplifting the country’s micro small medium enterprise, the franchise show attracted prospective entrepreneurs who would like to partake of what is now dubbed as the “sunshine industry”.

More businessmen will mean a better economy for the country and more investors both locala nd foreign to partner with.

Posted here are just some of the companies that participated in the 12th Filipino Franchising Show.

Mitoy Yonting : The "Noise" of the Philippines?

Wazzup Pilipinas!

This is what I don't like about text voting or online voting. B
asta may celfone na, makakaboto na maski tone deaf siya. The real people who can tell which singer deserves to win are the judges themselves. They know their craft. And who benefited through these text/online voting?...Di ba the ang Globe, Smart, Sun, etc.,...including the TV station? Hay naku, parang scam din ito. Each of them gets a piece of the cake!!

Yan sana ang The Voice dapat kaya lahat. Kaso natuwa na kayo sa Air Supply?

Teddy Boy Locsin Versus Rev. Ceejay "Same Sex Marriage" Agbayani

Wazzup Pilipinas!
"Last two days ago, I had the exchange of opinion with Teddy Locsin on Twitter, I never thought that our exchange of tweets will end up in a newspaper article.. This guy is so bigot and homophobic!!" - Rev. Ceejay "Same Sex Marriage" Agbayani
Uhhmmm....I am not surprised by the arrogance, though according to sources, the cited prohibition against abusive language only applies to court proceedings and pleadings. There is no jurisprudence on social media yet, although this would be a good test case.

Teddy Locsin is irresponsible to say and use "gay" word to derogatory remarks. This guy must be stopped! Most definitely he needs to be stopped. He must be EXPOSED and make everyone from the LGBT community have the advocacy to either silence him and completely remove him from what he thinks is his power to influence people. Take HITLER and his propaganda back then - NEVER FORGET the history of such mentality.

Indeed! The LGBTs (We) have to assert our being! Irresponsible use of words like "faggot" and "f**k you" must face the consequence. Lawyer pa man din siya, journalist pa kung tutuusin!

He is a public figure ffs! It behooves him to exercise good judgement in his language at all times.

Izakaya Kenta : Authentic Japanese Cuisine Reintroducing Itself in Adriatico

Wazzup Pilipinas!

The saying that you should not judge a book based form its cover is very appropriate for these Japanese restaurant located in Malate that we had the opportunity to visit one rainy night after an event that we attended at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. My kids and I took a taxi cab from SMX to attend the grand launch of the Japanese restaurant located in Adriatico, and we were amazed at the interiors of the restaurant. The exteriors looked similar to other Japanese restaurants, but the inside was surprisingly magnificent.

The Izakaya Kenta that offers authentic Japanese cuisine is not really new but its under new management. It was formerly located in Pedro Gil St. Malate, Manila, in front of Hyatt Hotel for 13 years, and now reopens in Adriatico St. near Remedios Circle at the Ground Floor of the Malate Bayview Mansion.

The new owners decided to reopen the Japanese restaurant at a better location, and believe me when I say that the new interior design was like stepping inside an authentic Japanese restaurant in Japan. It was really sophisticated and intricate in design. Kudos to the creative and talented people behind the new interiors. I'm sure this beats the design of the former venue. The ambiance at this restaurant was too good

Of course, compliments to the chef for serving us authentic Japanese cuisine that's worth every centavo of your hard-earned money. Imagine a wonderful authentic Japanese dining experience at a very convenient place in the Metro.
