Duterte presents his "naughty" list and puts NCR and other areas in GCQ

Wazzup Pilipinas!

"President Rodrigo Duterte on the night of December 28, 2020 revealed the names of lawmakers allegedly involved in corruption related to infrastructure projects. The list was provided by the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC).

Duterte also relieved district engineers of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) from their posts for alleged involvement in corrupt activities.

Among those tagged in the list were Occidental Mindoro Rep. Josephine Ramirez Sato, Quezon City Rep. Alfred Vargas, Misamis Occidental Rep. Henry Oaminal, Isabela Rep. Alyssa Sheena Tan, Northern Samar Rep. Paul Daza, Quezon Rep. Angelina "Helen" Tan, ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Eric Yap, Bataan Rep. Geraldine Roman, and former Ifugao Rep. Teddy Baguilat, Jr." - CNN Philippines

Give me a break with these lists. When a cop you liked was on a list, what did you do?

You can start with the people you are dining with... juice colored. Your name should be first on the list, mister! You are not fooling anyone with your pa-cute words of wisdom!

(Your psychiatric disorder proves our suspicion all along)

The list also mentions some of those who voted for ABS-CBN closure. Not enough sipsip for you?

After naming/identifying, what are your actions? What’s next? Pwede bang relieved from position na while waiting for trials? O baka wala na namang kakasuhan??

ICC is also making a list and it won't be of nice people......to match with your naughty list below, Santa!

Cong. Josephine Sato, (Occ. Mindoro) alleged ghost projects in Mindoro. Intervened in the transfer of district engineer.

Former Cong. Teddy Baguilat, (Ifugao) allegedly receiving kickbacks from contracts in connivance with Distr. Engr. Lorna Ricardo

Cong. Alfredo Paulo Vargas, (5th District, QC) allegedly demands enrollment fee for each project amounting to one million on top of SOP of 10-12% before project can be awarded to contractor

Cong. Henry Oaminal allegedly owns a construction company with several projects in Misamis Occidental.

Cong. Alyssa Sheena Tan, 4th District Isabela allegedly owns a construction company that has several construction projects in Isabela

Cong. Paul Daza, 1st Distict Northern Samar, allegedly determines all winning bidders in his legislative district. Receives 20-35% kickback from contractor.

Congressman Angelina Ellen Tan, anomalous road projects in Quezon Province. A newly constructed road that has not been opened for use has already been broken at the onset of storm. Looks beyond repair.

Cong. Eric Yap, ACT CIS. Legislative caretaker of Benguet. Alleged rigging of bid through his agent. Exerting influence in choosing district engineer in a district assigned to him. Intervened in investigation of District Engineer Lorna Ricardo, by calling up Comm. Greco Belgica and asking that the charges be dropped.

Cong. Geraldine Roman, 1st district Bataan, allegedly asking for ten percent kickback for all DPWH projects in her district. Sent an email asking if it is normal for congressmen to get 20 percent on all projects.

The world's longest lockdown stretches even further with Duterte extending until next year the community quarantine in the country, nearly 10 months since it was put in place.

Duterte extends General.Community Quarantine (GCQ) in several areas, including NCR, until January 31, 2021.

Also to be under GCQ are Isabela, Santiago City, Batangas, Iloilo, Tacloban City, Lanao del sur, Iligan City, Davao City, Davao del Norte.

Davao City posted the highest increase in COVID-19 cases with 60 new infections on December 28, 2020.

The rest of the country is under modified GCQ.

Duterte hits anew the ICC after prosecutor finds reasonable basis to believe that crimes against humanity were committed under his term.

Duterte also claimed the judicial body is composed of 'whites.' But in fact, the 18 judges of the ICC are from different nations.
