Vista Land Reaps Multiple Recognitions at Philippines Property Awards and Benefits from MCX Opening

Wazzup Pilipinas!

We would like to congratulate Vista Land, the country’s largest homebuilder, for winning numerous awards for its prestige brands – Brittany, Vista Malls, Vista Residences and Camella at the recently concluded Philippines Property Awards held last July 9, 2015 at the Fairmont Hotel, Makati.

Well deserving of the recognition, Vista Land takes pride in providing us with several choices to choose from when purchasing our new homes or investment opportunities.

As they build a place where life and beauty flourish side by side, Vista Land invites everyone to live with them at their future masterpiece of city development and the most expansive CBD in the south, the Vista City - a 1500 hectare located where Muntinlupa, Cavite, Las Pinas and Laguna meet. This is where business opportunities, culture, livabiloity, and innovation will merge in harmony.

We were recently invited last July 25 at the Evia Lifestyle Center, an impressive 5 hectare comercial and retail area along Daang Hari in Las Pinas, to witness a celebration for the recent awards. Brittany, the high-end luxury arm of Vista Land, garnered two major awards from the said event for its Amore at Portofino, an Italian-themed luxury residential property in Vista City. Amore was awarded Best Housing Development in Metro Manila and Best Housing Development in the Philippines for 2015 while Brittany’s Portofino was recognized with the same title last year.

The celebration was also to take note of the Vista City MCX (Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway) launch. Formerly called Daang Hari Expressway Link, the 4 kilometer MCX began it's maiden operations on Friday July 24, 2015 - 2PM. It makes travel time from South Luzon Expressway to Daang Hari Cavite faster. Toll fees for class 1 vehicle is Php17.00 and it is free for the first month. E-pass interoperability with SLTC / compatible. It will cut travel time by an average of 45 minutes and decongesting traffic in Cavite, Las PiƱas, and Muntinlupa area.

This is another reason why you should invest now on Vista Land properties. It goes without saying that this latest development will surely add more interests for many buyers to purchase properties within the area because of the convenience and other potentials it would bring.

No less than President Benigno Simeon Aquino III or PNoy led the launch of the opening of the MCX last July 24 which means better alternative means of traveling in that area. Aquino personally drove through the MCX toll booth plaza and obtained a toll card to signal the official opening of the new road. The MCX is the 1st PPP infrastructure tendered under the P-Noy administration. The Concesionnaire is Ayala Corporation but many will benefit from the use of this road including the residents of Vista Land.

Going back to the Philippines Property Awards, below are the Vista Land properties that were recognized. We were able to visit only one (Amore) due to the lack of time and the sudden rains that day:

Portofino Amore - Leandro model house
A true Italian masterpiece, Amore is a massive luxury development that infused Italian elements into finely crafted homes. Details such as cupolas, cobblestone pathways, gabled roofs, and pocket gardens draw the beauty of landscape and light within an expansive central business district emerging at the south of Manila. Brittany is committed to ensuring well-grounded investments with its aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound homes to last for generations. Brittany’s commitment remains - to craft vibrant homes and communities that will not just be an investment but a precious legacy that you can pass on to your children.

Portofino Amore - Giorgio model house
Camella, Vista Land’s affordable housing segment, was awarded Best Mid-Range Development (Resort) for its Camella Palawan development. Camella has been known for building homes fit for the Filipino family. The name has become synonymous with high-quality homes, providing homes throughout the globe – Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. To add to the prestige list, Vista City, Vista Land’s most ambitious development yet, has also reaped two awards, Highly commended for Best Retail Development and Best Retail Architecture for its Evia Lifestyle Center. To date, the center’s first two buildings are already up and running, with elite selection of stores and restaurants. To conclude the list, Vista Residences’ Vista Hub at Bonifacio Global City project was also recognized as Highly Commended for the Best Architectural Design.
