Vista Land Site Appreciation Tour: Mille Luce

Wazzup Pilipinas!

We've been going around touring the many communities available developed by the Vista Land group. It has been a blast when the organizers decided we visit more than one within a day. The traffic congestion due to blocked roads at the Bonifacio Global City because of a racing event, and the unfortunate rainy weather didn't stopped us from pushing through with our plans.

So from Sucat, Paranaque, we travelled to Antipolo which is famous for its cashew nuts and the church where you normally take your brand new car for blessing.

The elevated streets of Antipolo makes it less prone to flooding, and it's still mostly surrounded with greens making it a fresher alternative as compared with the rest of Metro Manila.

I once contemplated on buying a home there due to the amazing scenery especially when you're at the upper portions of Antipolo.

Maybe it's about time I reassess that longing. A visit at two of the Vista Land properties here made me rethink of my earlier plans.

But before we proceed, let me thank you for joining us again in our Vista Land Site Appreciation Tour.

The next stop of our tour is at Mille Luce in Antipolo.

There's a pretty good reason why this property is a highly regarded investment opportunity.

Mille Luce means a thousand lights in Italian - quite appropriate because you will surely live among the stars as you enjoy the clear night sky in these house and lots, and the amazing view of the city below when the lights from the different homes and establishments are lit.

This enamoring neighborhood sits amidst a thousand lights at night as it is located atop the verdant hills of Antipolo, where one can have a breathtaking view of the city lights once the sun sleeps.

Best to hang-out at the elevated clubhouse. Swim in the pool, enjoy the 360 degrees surround view displaying the elegant houses below, and wait until night time for the awesome star-and-light studded spectacle from above and below. Totally Instagrammable and best for photo-ops at the most expensive development project in Antipolo.

If you're the type of person who enjoys fresh air and a captivating scenery, then this is the right place to buy a home. No on can argue that property investments everywhere have been enjoying huge profits, and when you buy from the largest homebuilder in the country, you are assured they will not run away with your money. You'll definitely get everything you expected from the place, and will surely make more unforgettable memories at this place.

The utilities are complete for you'll have subscriptions for cable or satellite TV, telephone, Internet, and water. They say even online taxi services are ready to come in and pick you up. But of course it's always best to have your own personal car as the long walks may be a bit too tiring after a hard day at work or business.

The good news is that you'll become a lot more fit and healthy from all that exercise. Nowadays when most of us are surrounded by the many instant, automated and computerized conveniences, wouldn't it be a relief to be able to go back to the basics and enjoy life as it was really meant to be - at our full potential.

Contrary to most thinking, similar places like these are not only best for retiring. We deserve the best all throughout our life so it's more appropriate to enjoy these perks as early as possible.
