Panasonic Launches 4K Network Cameras with 4K Ultra Engine
Panasonic, a leading company of video surveillance cameras and solutions, announced the availability of its first 4K network cameras for outdoor use, WV-SFV781L and WV-SPV781L.
The 4K cameras provide a wide angle of view, delivering very detailed 4K images. They are ideal for surveillance applications that require wide area coverage, such as intersections, airports, railway stations, parking lots, factories, warehouses, port facilities and more, or require distant area coverage, such as stadiums.
The 4K standard is a latest HD video technology which supports resolution four times higher than Full HD 1080p. Equipped with a 4K Ultra Engine, optimized optical system including 1/1.7-inch high-sensitivity image sensor, Panasonic large diameter lens (F1.6), a built-in IR LED, and a 6x optical zoom for installation flexibility, the WV-SFV781L and the WV-SPV781L cameras enable clear identification of people and objects from the center to the edge, delivering very detailed images with 4K resolution, capturing clear images in low light or complete darkness with a built-in IR LED.
The WV-SFV781L camera provides 17° to 96° horizontal angular field of view with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 17.0° to 100° horizontal angular of view with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The WV-SFV781L and the WV-SPV781L are weather and impact resistant with IP66-, NEMA4x- and IK10-ratings.
