PBA D-League Foundation Cup Starts on March 12 at Ynares Sports Arena

Asian Television Content (ATC) in partnership with PBA has officially opened its Foundation Cup of PBA D-LEAGUE, starting March 12, 2015 to June 29, 2015 for a total of approximately 70 exciting games at Ynares Sports Arena and Flying V Arena, after the successful ASPIRANTS CUP FIRST CONFERENCE, which ended last February 22, 2015. 

Lots of thrills and frills filled the air from the beginning till the finals due to combination of School based teams and regular company teams. This year, the following schools are part of the 10 Team-member of the Foundation Cup: Hapee Fresh Figthers, MP Hotel Warriors/Letran College,Sebastian College/ATCLivermarin/San Sebastian,Café France/CEU,AMA University, Kerimix Racal, CebuanaLhuillier, Cagayan Rising Sun, TanduayRhum Master and Jumbo Plastic Linoleum.

PBA D-League was formed by the PBA Management to create a training venue under the watchful eye of Atty. Angelito “Chito” Salud,who is currently voted as its President and CEO under its new structural organization, in providing support to all basketball amateurs in their quest to be drafted as PBA Regulars by way of completing at least two to three years or until qualified during their stint at the league, which also covers referees, statistician and announcers (barkers) as well……..an advocacy in its own rights.

 



 

To further its objectives, ATC/PBA D League has organized a WAVE and GREET Motorcade with our media partner, The Philippine Star and with support of the Honourable Mayor Maria Belen AndayaEusebio of Pasig City and the General Manager of OCAI , Victor Buencamino. Also providing additional needs for the motorcade is Racal Motors, under the leadership of Chairman JonitoCatan Racal and KeriMix Mixers Team Manager Nick Caparida who recently signed a sponsorship with ATC/PBA D League and Café France. The said motorcade is schedule on March 12, 2015, Thursday morning, before the opening of the Foundation Cup from Ynares toOrtigasCenter starting at 8:00am as its assembly time and commencing at 9:30am.
