Open Your Eyes for the Blind with Zoomanity Group’s “Dinner In The Dark”

Ever wonder what it would be like to be blind? Get a chance to open your eyes with their “dark” condition at a special dinner event called “Dinner in the Dark” by Zoomanity Group. This great cause will give you a unique experience of dining in total darkness and understand how it is to be blind.

Zoomanity Group, one of the leading companies in the park industry owning the Residence Inn in Tagaytay, Zoocobia Fun Zoo in Clark, Zoobic Night Safari in Subic Free Port and the Misono Restaurant along Jupiter Street, is sponsoring 4 “Dinners in the Dark” for the benefit of the Eye Bank Foundation of the Philippines., will host four “Dinner in the Dark” events for the benefit of the Eye Bank Foundation of the Philippines.

This exceptional gathering will create awareness amongst us what it is like to lose our sense of sight and appreciate it even more. Guests will have a 30-minute orientation before the dinner which will be held in different Zoomanity parks and restaurant. During the dinner, the participants’ sense of sight will be totally diminished then their other senses will take over and will be heightened. Wonderful scents and sounds, and beautiful music, will be expected as well.





Catch this special dinner offer from 4:30-7:00 PM (including pre-dinner orientation) on these following dates: October 18 at Residence Inn Tagaytay; October 20, at the Misono Restaurant at Jupiter Street Makati; November 1 at Zoocobia Fun Zoo in Clark, Pampanga; and November 8 at Zoobic Safari in Subic.

The tickets at the Zoobic include a Night Safari and show that will follow the dinner. These will also include a chance to enjoy the zoos at Residence Inn and Zoocobia. The after dinner events will, of course, no longer be held in darkness.

  1. I really like to experience this in the near future. Actually dining in a dark restaurant is featured in a Hollywood movie.
