Infinity Resort of Puerto Galera: A Fabulous Lunch Served at The Brae

 Wazzup Pilipinas!

To continue with our lovely weekend adventure at Infinity Resort of Puerto Galera, we found ourselves surrounded with so many great choices for dishes including a full Japanese menu, with The Brae being the only restaurant in Puerto Galera that serves authentic Japanese cuisines.

However, since it was our first time at the Infinity Resort dining at The Brae, we decided to order a mix of dishes from the menus.

Your friendly neighborhood pambansang bloggers ordered a feast that would satisfy all senses, from the smell, to the presentation, the texture, and the taste - everything were simply almost perfect. You would not ask for more, except more sumptuous dishes from their fully-equipped kitchen manned by outstanding chefs.

It was already lunch time but we couldn't go splurge on a heavy meal since we were off to a tour around Puerto Galera immediately afterwards. I have to mention the zipline so I need to be light...hehehe

We've explained last time what The Brae means so we won't be repeating it here but you may refer to our previous blog post about it when we had our breakfast.

Did we mention how the entire resort is a work of art. Everywhere you look is a masterpiece and Instagram worthy for many photo ops. Both architects and nature conspired to give you a fascinating destination here at Puerto Galera.

And so here goes our super-duper yummy meals, starting with a couple of ube and mango shakes that were served in a tall glass of goodness

Caesar salad (P 285)
To bring our appetite, we ordered for some healthy Caesar Salad composed of iceberg lettuce with salad dressing, parmesan cheese, bacon bits and croutons. Just the way you would love your favorite crispy veggie salad.

Seafood Casserole (Php 420)
The Seafood Casserole is sizzling mixed seafood with chilis and tomatoes. You'll definitely love the saucy recipe that lingers in your mouth after every bite.

Gambas Al Ajillo (Php 325)
The Gambas Al Ajillo is sizzling shrimps sauteed in garlic, chili and olive oil plus served with French bread. The shrimps are magical in taste and aroma. I could still taste the flavor just by seeing the photo above.

Ebi Tempura (Php 560)
The Ebi Tempura was the only Japanese dish we ordered from the separate Japanese menu. Four pieces of battered deep fried prawns that will make you want to order for more pieces.

Eton Mess (Php 225)
The Eton Mess was a great dessert consisting of fresh mango cubes, meringue and whipped cream. There's also a few cherries to decorate and add something to the palate.

Banana Flambee ( Php 225)
The preparation of the Banana Flambee was out of this world. They show how its done right infront of your table. You'll see it in flames which makes it so exciting. The bananas were all creamy from the caramel syrup added with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Overall, the entire dining experience at The Brae was stimulating to the extreme. The explosion of taste in our mouths were astounding. Grab a bite of everything that matches up to your expectations. A beautiful scenery deserves nothing less but a very fulfilling lunch to inspire us until the next meal of the day.

In fact, we ordered a different set of meal during dinner so expect a lot more gastronomical delights in our next blog post about Infinity Resort. Until next time!
