Playboy Philippines Anniversary: A Jaw-Dropping and Drooling Night with Mara Lopez and the Playmates

Wazzup Pilipinas!

It may have rained really hard, flooded many streets, and caused major traffic jams that day, but nothing's gonna stop your friendly neighborhood pambansang blogger from attending the Playboy Philippines anniversary at Solaire Resort and Casino.

After getting a bit soaked in the drizzle because I had to walk several distances before and after my MRT train ride, since traffic was at a stand still, managed to reach the venue as if I was water-proof....but I guess I was more than just water-proof after I realized how far I had to punish my feet walking hurriedly unminding the perspiration aside from the drizzle because I thought I was so late for the event. I had no choice, there were no taxis available, and

Luckily when I arrived at Solaire, the event hasn't started yet. Same surprising rain caused by an unpredicted Low Pressure Area that turned some parts of Metro Manila into murky rivers. The rains ruined the original plan of Playboy to hold the event at the pool side. The organizers had to bring in everything inside to the grand ballroom instead. I could imagine the preparation of setting up the pool area gone to a waste, and the equally stressful situation of having to rush to setup the new stage.

But the two hours of waiting was finally rewarded when we saw several ladies wearing bikinis under their body-hugging and revealing sexy outfits. Did I just die and went to heaven?

After a buffet dinner and some socializing time doing photo ops with the lovely lady models of Playboy Philippines, the event started off with some seemingly tribal music with all those big drums, and a few ladies doing amazing pole dancing and acrobatics.

A lady host then boosted the excitement of the crowd before they finally signaled the entrance of several scantily-clad lovely ladies out from the huge letter images that spelled PLAYBOY. Posing for a bit then walking along the stage flaunting their admirable assets.

Everyone's eyes were glued on stage, many were taking photos and videos, and I swear that there were a lot who had dropped jaws because of the sight of beautiful women. These were no ordinary women. They were almost flawless, and well-endowed. Many women will be envious. Many men will want to wish they can take home one of these beauties.

Indie-film sweetheart, avid surfer and Playboy Philippines' latest cover model Mara Lopez wowed the crowed when she came out during the end. Her tanned skin may not be as shimmering white as the other ladies that paraded on stage, but she had that charm that could equally seduce any man into submission.

Joined by her mother, Maria Isabel Lopez, we can see that she really got her looks from her mom who is  still equally as charming as her.

After all the lovely ladies, Mara Lopez came out first wearing an orange swimsuit, then after a few minutes, wearing a silvery outfit that's able to stunningly impress.

But wait...I think I should be doing less talk and showing more photos instead. Go ahead ogle on the succeeding photos of some of the ladies we met during the Playboy Philippines Anniversary.

Ooppsss, just kidding. For your viewing pleasure, I will be uploading them soon on a separate blog post and at the Wazzup Pilipinas Facebook fan page: https://www.facebook.com/wazzuppilipinas.

Congrats again to Playboy Philippines for such a wonderful night of babes in bikinis.
