Johnny Rockets Launches the Lobster Wagyu Burger and Wasabi Shake

Wazzup Pilipinas!

There's a bunch of gourmet burgers already out there that are all tempting and flavorful. Now, Johnny Rockets has recently introduced another gourmet burger like no other. Introducing the new Lobster Wagyu Burger - Yes! you heard it right! It's a unique serving of sumptuous Lobster and a well-grilled Wagyu meat patty combined into one burger creation that is sure to make you want to try it for yourself. Plus there's also American fries on the sides for a real hefty meal to keep you on the go for any task.

An interesting meal also deserves a drink that's equally adventurous in taste. Be prepared to meet the Wasabi Shake. Oh my! and I thought I only see that green stuff with sushi. You will really taste the Wasabi flavor in this drink that Johnny Rockets has prepared for their avid customers who can expect something new from the restaurant every three months.

Top this meal and drink with a dance performance form the Johnny Rockets crew that are prepared to wiggle, shake and strut to a beat every 30 minutes or even upon request of the customers. Nothing beats seeing live performances by vibrant teens all willing to entertain and impress the people while they enjoy dining on the many gourmet burgers, meals and drinks of Johnny Rockets.

The Lobster Wagyu Burger and Wasabi Shake launch or new menu tasting event was held last June 20, 2014 at the Eastwood Mall branch of the restaurant and was attended by several members of the media including Wazzup Pilipinas.

This is why I sometimes get late from my appointment every time I pass by the Johnny Rockets restaurant in Eastwood. Their dancing servers are really "live and alive" and aim to please with their extremely energized performance.

Since 2009, Johnny Rockets has been making its presence felt in the Philippine casual and gourmet dining scenes, by providing customers with a unique relaxed, yet fun dining atmosphere that comes complete with a casual retro ambience while you dine on gourmet favorites like the Truffle Burger and Surf and Turf, and a wide selection of creamy milkshakes and malts to wash it all down.

Johnny Rockets Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President Mr. Edgar Bondoc

Time flies so fast especially when the Johnny Rockets dancing servers do their stuff on the dining floor. I never realized 30 minutes already passed by if not for the dancing servers who can serve as your time piece alerting you every half hour.

Wagyu Burgers are served to the delight of the attendees. We got to try a generous serving of wagyu meat, lobster and fries for less than 1k.

They actually served us the small ketchup tray with our names in it before they served the actual meal. The personalized touched was a great way for the customers to feel they are welcomed....and means no sharing on the ketchup dip...hehehe

If you think the Lobster Wagyu Burger looked great in the photos, wait until you've tried it.

Also part of the menu now is the new Wasabi Shake - a really unique and I think the very first time any other restaurant introduced a  drink infused with the spicy wasabi as an ingredient. It was a real conversational piece.

For Johnny Rockets, quality has been a primordial concern. Many have been wondering how the restaurant is able to offer such gourmet meals at a very low price since the wagyu alone may already cost more than a thousand pesos, plus add to that the price of the lobster, and then the generous serving of fries - it seems to be surprising that they are only available at a price of P 925.

Mr. Bondoc has said during an interview that in all their restaurants, they are able to get the best supplies at a very reasonable price so they then pass it on to their customers so they can experience quality meals at a very affordable price.

Thank you to the Johnny Rockets dancing servers who agreed to dance for me while I took their video. It was a blast immortalizing their stunning performance.

Thank you also to Johnny Rockets' Iris Rolda, Training Manager and Edgar Bondoc, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the interviews.
