Bumangon Ka : Yolanda Song From Jograd deLa Torre

Wazzup Pilipinas!

"This was a real labour of love between GRN MANGO and activist singer/comedian Jograd dela Torre, who shows his serious side in an impassioned manner that will surely resonate with the millions of Filipinos who have had enough with the status quo and are bent on positive change. It was filmed in just half a day outside of an abandoned, half burnt down building on the outskirts of Makati, which was made to look like it was in the heart of Tacloban." - Our Awesome Planet
Well, it's not really pleasing to the eyes. I hate to see a pitiful scenario where you can't help but feel so depressed and numb.

It is with great sorrow that many of our fellowmen had to die and suffer from the calamity that could have been prevented if only .....

Yeah! Let's start blaming somebody for the tragedy. Let's put all the blame to our so called leaders. We've been doing that since day zero....and I guess we will continue to do that regardless who is seated in the Malacanan Palace.

We believe there is no leader that can fully give the solution to our problems. Just like the elusive world peace. No wonder its been the most wished for in every beauty pageant - if asked.

"#YolandaSong - This tribute video for the super typhoon victims in the Philippines is extremely touching and INSPIRING. Jograd dela Torre is speaking for all of us through this song. "Bumagon ka!""

Th real reason why we are suffering is we give all the responsibility to our government. That is our biggest fault.

Honestly, it will take more than just six years to set things straight for us. It will take centuries to find the solution to all the things that are lacking and erroneous in our system.

Our society is eroding into nothing but debris because we all behave like there is always a big brother that will look after us. We must learn to stand up on our own. There is no one to help us but ourselves. We must be proactive.

We must recognize all the impending threats and our needs before it strikes us by surprise.

  1. The song that was dedicated to the super typhoon Yolanda survivors and victims has a really great meaning. It is heart melting to know that every one of us is working hand in hand like one family in helping those people who have been victimized by Yolanda. We should start working. There's no one to be blame with this kind of catastrophe. It is all our fault. So what we can only do now is to move our feet, shake those dirt off our clothes and go about our business. Let's show the world that Filipino spirit is stronger than any typhoon. Rise and shine, kababayan :)

  2. This style of music turned out to be exceptionally mainstream in Africa and has gotten the consideration of the world stage. It has developed into a standout amongst the most persuasive melodic styles to rise up out of Africa. http://turkishmp3songs.com/
