Eat like a Sumo at "Sumo Sam"

Wazzup Pilipinas!
"Sumo Sam is a Japanese-American restaurant that boasts an extensive menu - from basic sashimi and sushi platters to sukiyaki, udons, and bacon-wrapped tempura. There are even Japanese-style burgers, crunchy tuna roll, and a wide variety of tofu dishes. At Sumo Sam, there’s something delicious and tasty for everyone in the family to enjoy." - Enjoy Philippines

I got the opportunity to eat for the first time at Sumo Sam. So I'm excited to show you how great it was to eat there. Well, let's get started.

There is a restaurant called Sumo Sam that has branches in many locations - more than 25 branches and still growing) so don't get confused because they are all completely different branches but offer the same quality dishes. Sumo Sam’s phenomenal growth continues to grow even higher as it opens up more branches across the Philippines. The the legend lives on as Sumo Sam raises the bar higher for itself than it has so far achieved. The photo up above in their menu is the logo of the Sumo Sam I've been telling you.

The food here in Sumo Sam is great and I have to tell you that one of the owners of this restaurant is a celebrity. See for your own eyes - one of the owners is no other than Chef Marvin Agustin.

Yes, this guy is a chef so I'm not surprised upon knowing that he also owns a restaurant. If you can see the tiny logo of  Sumo Sam at the upper right corner, you would know that  he really owns this restaurant. You could also click the link at the credits to see in the description of the picture saying that Marvin Agustin is the president of this business.
"Sumo Sam is one of the leading chain of Japanese restaurants in the country, spearheaded by top restaurateurs and renowned chefs of today's generation." - ClicktheCity.com

If you want to eat at this restaurant you should first know what it looks like.

The view out side of the restaurant:

Before talking about the food, I wanna show you what it looks like inside this restaurant. I like the atmosphere inside this restaurant. While we are waiting for the food, I didn't got bored because of the music that was playing.

About the food, you would like to eat Osuyaki Beef Roll, a serving of shiitake and button mushrooms wrapped with grilled beef top sirloin. This combination of various tastes and textures as well as the rest of the sushi list is sure to strike a good match with those wanting to try something different from the regular sushi rolls.

I also ate a Spider Roll, the name might be very weird and disgusting but the food was great. The Spider Roll is a serving of fried soft-shell crab maki with cucumber and mango.

"The concept is a reinvention of traditional Japanese cuisine, by infusing Western flair, thus offering diners a vast selection of high-quality and mouthwatering delights – from steaks, noodles, tempura, sushi, donburi, salads and seafood." -franphil.com
This restaurant is great and I am telling you, the food there was so great that you will eat like a Sumo!
