Imagine having to dine on a spectacular array of choice dishes for lunch and dinner from the brilliant Chefs of Diamond Hotel. It is surely a remarkable and memorable dining experience for everyone.

 

I was invited to witness the grand launch and ribbon-cutting ceremonies of Diamond Hotel's All American Feast as part of the U.S. Wine and Food Festival highlighting American dishes. Elite and honorable personalities from different sectors of society including members of the media were there to take part in the celebration.

Guests were treated for some cocktails while waiting for the event to start. Beringer wines were served along with some pica-pica dishes.

The staff were dressed in American-inspired outfits especially two of them dressed as the Statue of Liberty and Uncle Sam.

Chef Christopher Gallaga of Fat Angelo's is at the helm to whip up some of America's most wonderful eats.

"Partake of this ultimate gastronomic feast at Corniche with some of the most famous and iconic American food staples which includes Roast US Prime Cut Steaks, Chicago Burgers, Oysters Rockefeller, New York Style Pizza, Country Cured Ham, Southern Fried Chicken, Maryland Crab Cakes and Turducken Turkey. No other pie tastes as good as the quintessential Apple and Raisin Pie along with the classic and sophisticated Strawberry Cheesecake."

To add more excitement to the festival, guests dining at Corniche will get to admire two of the latest Harley Davidson bikes displayed at the hotel’s upper lobby.
