Startups Versus the Juggernauts

Should entrepreneurs just give up on their app ideas, simply because Facebook could eventually clone them and crush them with a billion users? Of course not, and anybody who thinks that Facebook (or any other big company) cloning a startup's product spells Armageddon for that startup doesn't know what they're talking about.

Remember when Facebook tried to make a Foursquare competitor? How about the time it tried to make a Groupon competitor, and it went nowhere? The same is true of its Quora competitor (Facebook Questions) and even its Craigslist competitor (Facebook Marketplace).

I could go on and on, but the point is clear: a big company launching a clone can be scary, but it doesn't mean Armageddon. There are two other factors to consider: defensibility and vision.

My point is this: it takes a lot more than a clone to take out a scrappy startup. It also takes a long-term commitment by a juggernaut. Don't be afraid of the juggernaut entering your market, entrepreneurs. If you have a long-term vision, focus on defensibility and build faster than the competition, you'll eventually become the juggernaut.

"As long as u have a good product and is accessible (damn those with 10000 page registration), combine that with complete dedication and competence, there's no need to fear. Quality and word of mouth goes a long way."

  1. The problem with big time companies, even those that started as a startup, is that they think it's all about them.

Ideas are unlimited, dreams are free, so why should we be afraid? In life, we have to take risks :)

  3. well i guess even though they are indeed a big or huge comapnies cloning this kind of thing they know theirselves that they aren't the original people still will recognize who did it first. xx

  4. I agree that startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support. They should be convincing and make sure they prove how great their idea is in order for financiers to invest on the ideas of startups. I don't think it's necessary to sell it to the company but just ask the big company for help and support. Still, the startups should do their best and promote it.

  6. Startups have really great chance of being successful in this field if their financial need is well-supported. Financiers will possibly be convinced if the startups' ideas is really something to be considered, and if these ideas are presented in such a way that they can prove and persuade the financiers to invest. Regarding the matter of selling the ideas, I don't like the thought of selling it to big companies, for the companies will be the ones to benefit and take credit for that intellectual property.

  7. Everyone starts as startups as well as those juggernauts. They won't simply succeed just by having their idea and promoting it on their on. They need the attracting ideas and all to get those financers. Financers will make them big. No one can always stand on their own, in a time in their life they would need someone that they can rely on.

I think they shouldn't be afraid of Facebook cloning their app ideas, as long as they believe and strive hard themselves, those cloning are just a part of being in the business world. If you can't survive and think of other ways to compete, then you should be.

  8. Startups will become successful if they'll have financial support for their great ideas. That's the reality. How could you do a move without money? IT'S USELESS. They should have great and unique ideas for the financer to agree but I don't agree on selling their ideas to big companies. If you come out with something, fight for it.

  9. Startups have really great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support for their great ideas. They should have that attractive power within their ideas to get financial support like sponsors from companies and etc. "No man is an island" as the saying says that no one can stand on their own they need someone to rely on just like with our friends. For me, I would not consider selling their ideas to big companies because the big companies will be the ones to benefit on that idea.

  10. Juggernauts also started being startups. Startups can have a chance depending on their actions and perseverance to be successful on their tracks. They need someone to believe in them also that will also enable them to be inspired. Who says that it's not all about the money?Well, the truth is MONEY is very important now. Startups will have a greater chance of being successful if they are financially supported. For me, in order for the startups to gain financial supports, they must show the right attitude towards their goal. They should prepare a very good proposal to convince the investors. If startups can't handle promoting their own products , I suggest that they should sell their products to big companies and settle a good aggreement with each other so that both sides will not be abused and tricked by the other.

  11. financial support is a great help for start-ups because they could improve and promote effectively what ideas they have. and could have a successful future.
but they could only convince the financiers if they promote and explain it well, if they tell the capabilities, strength and weaknesses of your ideas, and showing that working with him/her was your passion.
if i were them i would rather be independent, than selling my own brilliant ideas. patience and perseverance will guide you to succes :)

  12. Startups really have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support or sponsor for their great ideas. You can’t be successful in those careers if you don’t have money. They should be convincing and should have unique and interesting ideas or proposal. They must be competitive as well so that financiers will support them. For me, they should not sell their ideas to big companies. They'll not be successful if they will just sell their ideas, as what I said a while ago they have to be competitive and patient as well. :)

  13. Every new ideas would not get better if they could not get proper financiers. Just like when you are starting up a business, there are no huge company today who started small and without a small capital. Well, of course, to grab opportunities to obtain the money you need from sponsors, startups should work double time and introduce more new and fresh ideas that could grab the attention of the market and soon, money will follow. I also discourage these startups to sell their ideas because first of all, its their own original idea. Next, if a big company noticed your idea that only mean that there is something big about what you made. So, its better to promote it on your own, just a little heart and trust with a bit of patience, you will never knew that you are already on the list of the juggernauts.

  14. Startups will unquestionably be successful if they can get financial support on huge companies. No matter how great or how remarkable your ideas if you don’t have enough money to support your project, it will be just another ruined dream. They should formulate worthy ideas so that they can catch the attention of those financiers. I don’t approve with the knowledge of marketing their ideas to big companies, I mean they should promote it by themselves so that they can be recognized.

  15. I believe that if you really want to succeed, then nothing can hinder you.

Startups have a great percentage of succeeding given financial support. If they could only possess a great amount of money to let them protect their intellectual properties, then much better. If their applications are so good and are sure to attract the people's attention, the investors will surely see their potential. The result of investment is to gain something in the future out of something that you have invested on. So, they will not have regrets about the matter. I recommend that the startups should not sell their ideas because in the business world, not all things start out big. Maybe these small ideas may turn out bigger than the juggernauts', bigger than they imagine. - Maku

  16. Startups have great chances of becoming successful if they can get financial support for their great ideas. Money by this time is essential to us, it is like you can't survive to this world if you don't have money. The great ideas from startups can truly encourage financiers to invest for them because their ideas are new and fresh. For me startups should sell their ideas to big companies rather than promoting it by themselves. It is because Big companies have money and startups have ideas, if they sell it to big companies then both parties benefit from it.

  17. Every business begins as a start-up organization. It born from an idea, a discussion, the pooling together of funds, and of course, the confidence and vision to make it work.

However, as with any business, sometimes, you need to lose money in order to gain some. And that's where they sometimes tend to fail.

Start-up companies have a good chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support from those who are willing to take a chance. The problem though, as this is also a risky investment, is that it needs to be presented properly. Having a very good business plan and its components (market study, risk involved, capital required, manpower qualifications and numbers, etc) would definitely be a plus in attracting possible investors.

There's nothing wrong with start-up companies selling their ideas to larger organizations, especially if there are problems with available capital, marketing concerns (e.g. can they enter into a nationwide campaign, can they pull in the numbers required in order to survive), or manpower issues (e.g. inability to hire additional people due to budgetary constraints, cannot attract people with the right skill set). The only problem there is that sometimes, larger groups tend to be more controlling and demanding given what they will invest, and later on, the original vision of the start-up company is thrown out the window.

  18. I agree that startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support. Making the financiers feel that the ideas of the startups have a chance of being succesful and also being confident about it. I disagree that startups should sell their ideas to big companies because if these said companies buy it then it turned out that the idea is great and have been succesful, the credit would be to the company instead of the one who build the idea. I should say that startups must first try their own ideas. Nothing is bad about that.

  19. Money, of course, can help everyone, especially business ideas. What would a business firm be without money? Of course the idea itself will help the investors to invest on these ideas. If they think that the proposal is worth their money, of course they will provide for it. I don't think that ideas should be sold because it's their idea. They should be the one to let it propagate. That's what intellectual property rights are for.

I do believe that startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial supports. To be able to distribute you products or to have them photocopied is you need them to be published. Second thing is that you need to register you product so that you will have your trademark, copyright, patent, and intellectual property rights. And lastly to get known your product is you need to advertise and you need money to do that. We would encourage financers to invest on the ideas by means on presenting them the advantages of that product, the features, and its comparison to the other products that the other products dont have. I think startups should sell their products to the big time companies because that certain product will be under the license of the company. Since most of us nowadays are looking into the product's brand name and into the label, it is a one factor that the product would be successful.

  21. Many people have a dream of starting and running their own businesses during their life-times. For many people, creating a product or service that is enjoyed or utilized by customers will provide a very satisfying sense of accomplishment. This feeling cannot be met at a job in which they work for someone else. “Nearly one million individuals start their own business every year. Starting a business takes more
than an idea. It takes certain kinds of people and proper planning. It takes financial funding and hard work.
I agree that startups can become more successful than juggernauts because they've gone through different experiences and difficulties which will mold and help them become successful individuals. They just need financial assistance to help them in their business especially in introducing their products.
"The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one.” :)))

  22. I think they need and should request for financial support if they think their ideas are novel and interesting. They should take the risk of promoting their own products and compete against the juggernauts, because these juggernauts were once startups but their efforts took them to the top of the mountain.

  23. Startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support for their great ideas. startups need money for them to begin with their businesses. Presenting the ideas with great confidence, and letting them feel that the proposal is worth their money would encourage the financiers to invest on the ideas of startups. Startups can sell their ideas to big companies, but, money is not the only thing that matters, if you have a great idea, you should promote it by your own rather than selling it...... don't let others just take what you have striven for.... :P :)

  24. Startups really have a great chance of becoming succesful... Why not??? Every juggernauts came from being just startups. And even more if startups could get financial support. Every business need money to start. I know that every business has potential, different potentials which will attract those financiers to invest on them. I think they should not sell their ideas to big companies because we don't need to start our business as a big one. All we need is our determination to pursue it even though we just started it from a small one.

  25. I believe that everyone can dream to be succesful someday by
having the courage, perseverance and the support from other people so I strongly believe that startups really have a very big chance to be succesful and be able to fulfill their goals in life if there will be a a financial support that will help them to start their great ideas to turn into reality.

Startups should show the financers that they are deserving to
be supported by showing them that you have a strong mind to influence people, focus and dedicated to his/her work and hardworking.Startups should not sell their ideas to big companies because it is like the masterpiece of their life, they made it so they deserve to be know for it.Remember that everything big starts from small things.

  27. If start-ups could get financial support for their great ideas then they have a great chance of becoming successful. Not all people with great ideas have money and without money, they won't be able to share their ideas to people. Everyone starts as start-ups even those juggernauts. If they proved that their ideas are really worth considering, then they could persuade the financiers to invest. In my opinion, start-ups should not sell their ideas to big companies because I think that those companies will benefit more from the start-ups' ideas.

  28. I do agree that startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support simply because, most of the startups have the idea of making great things that can influence the world but most of them lose the courage of pursuing their dreams because they lack money.

For me, the ideas of the startups itself give the financiers the courage to invest. If these startups have a financial support in different companies, then I can suggest that they promote it on their own.

  29. It would be easier for the startups to be succesful if they get financial support from the juggernauts but after they become succesful, they should be able to stand with their own legs and be able to return the favor to the one who supported them.

  30. I do believe that if startups get financial support for their great ideas, then they have a great chance of becoming successful. i also believe that there are lots of great ideas from different startups but lack of courage and financial support hindered them from attaining their goal to influence the world. I guess they should keep their great ideas going and if they're really that "wow" then i guess it would be easier for them to encourage financiers. And yes, they should sell their ideas to big and well-known companies who knows where there ideas will take them? :)

  31. I firmly believe that startups should have a financial support because it will motivate the startups to finish their great project. If you would want to finance a great project, the project should possess usability, practicality and Efficiency of the product evolved in the project.

If you finance a project, might as well you will use it. And most of the time, you are meticulous enough to choose what product will have more uses.

Lets assume that you are a buyer. A Normal Buyer. Most of the time, you will consider the practicality of the product. A Normal Buyer will choose 1 kilo of Not-So-Famous Brand for 50 pesos having the same quality as of 1 kilo of A Famous Brand for 100 pesos.

Effiency. It has more uses than any other, practical. But is it effiecient enough?

I think that startups have their choice to sell their ideas and proposals to big companies for them to make the finish product. Either way they will suceed as long as the product made meet the requirements of a good product

  32. Startups will have a great chance of becoming succesful if they could get financial support for their GREAT ideas. If their ideas are great, then they can encourage financiers to support their startups and also if the financiers think that these startups may double the money in the long run or if the idea is stable enough for them to gain profit. Startups should start first on their own then the owners should take the risks of it, it may be a success or not but they should not let go of it to big companies that easy.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I agree that startups have a great chance of becoming successful but they must prove and convinced to those people that their ideas will be successful. Their ideas was tremendous, it was a great idea for the financiers. It is on the hand of the person who will use this idea. It is depend on them.

  34. The Startups definitely needs financial supports in order to turn these novel ideas in to real products. Since they are new to the scene, we should expect problems from that product but that shouldn't discouraged the financiers from supporting them as on the long run it can still be improved further. After all great things began as glitching prototypes. The financiers should definitely take the risks in helping these startups in their ideas as the startups definitely have great potentials of becoming successful juggernauts someday. Lastly, the startups should try to start on their own in a slow and humble process at first to see if they have what it takes to join the market scene. But in case they can't but their ideas do have the potentials to be a good product, he could opt to sell and patent it to big companies and let them do the job of selling it to the market, either ways you'll still be earning profit from it. It's just a matter of taking risks and making choices.

Beginners always need motivations to succeed and promote their ideas. And how are they going to promote it? By having SPONSORS for their projects. When they have sponsors, they will be motivated enough to produce a high quality product. Practically speaking, these sponsors nowadays, does noty look for things that will just benefit the majority, but, the truth is they base their decisions in which they will BENEFIT FROM THEM. AT SOME POINT i BELIEVE THAT THEY SHOULD ASK THE HELP OF MAJOR COMPANIES and at the same time, they still should promote it by themselves only.

Everyone starts small and always deserves a helping hand at their start. Well I think portability is a good idea since nowadays you could have lots of things everywhere. I think it really depends on the person himself. Some people just have the start of their ideas and let others develop its potential and others just go with what they started.

  37. They say that Money makes the world go Round and without money you can’t survive this world since this world is full of businessmen and women out there. I agree that startups have great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support for their great ideas because in this world there are no such things as free lunch or FREE and without money your great ideas will just be wasted. I can say that wasting ideas is far more unacceptable than wasting money because money can be earned easily but that great ideas can’t be earn easily because it takes time for it to sprout. I suggest that financiers should invest on the ideas for startups because I believe that a little thing could grow into a big one like a startup growing to a juggernaut or a small idea going into a realistic one. I think that money is just an instrument and ideas are the tools to achieve success.
In life many challenges occur to test our limitation and losing hope means your WEAK. I think that we should never sell the ideas of a startups to big companies because I know with just a little business it will grow to a big one and that you could now compete with these big companies. I believe that to achieve of being a Juggernaut is that with a little bit improvement and perseverance will lead you to only one thing…. SUCCESS!!!

  45. Start-ups do have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get the financial support needed for their great ideas, if any. This is because, however hard it is to enter a market with monopolies, there is a greater chance of lasting longer than expected in the long run or afterwards. There are many ways of getting capital, one possibly being saving, and another being through stocks, i.e., people give you capital and expect you to be able to use their money efficiently. Therefore, start ups should be able to consider whether or not to sell their ideas to big companies instead of promoting it on their own, as however much big companies do have the capital, you would not get as much profit as you would have, and it is to be expected that you, as the one who crafted the idea, would be the one with the greatest idea on how to materialize it.

These "startups" will have a chance to be a juggernaut if and only if they will be supported financially.I believe business tycoons here in the country increases, so they must also consider the competition in the market. They must convince the users of their masterpiece and then promote more on the usefulness of the product. In these way they'll be leading into what we call as success

Start-ups, even though the are still new to the business world, could have a greater chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support for their great ideas. But even if they had the financial support it will still come down on how tactical they are about the choices they make to improve what they have now. Financiers might invest on the idea of startups if they have enough determination on making it big in the industry. I think startups should stick to the ideas they have because nothing will come for them in the long run if they just sell their ideas right away. Who knows? their ideas might even make it big someday and they might even become "juggernauts".

Because for me, it is the PATIENCE and DETERMINATION that counts. Whatever you do, you do it at your best. 54. I think, great ideas by those start-ups can be successful if only they were financed. Financiers would possibly finance those ideas by proving them the vastness of that idea and by convincing those financiers using their creative minds. Also, if there’s a case of not having a financier, start-ups should not just sell their GREAT ideas to those big companies, because again, it’s THEIR ideas and for me, if they have that determination to pursue their ideas, they could do it, as we all know, nothing’s impossible. :)

  55. since everyone starts as beginners, these startups will become successful if they have financial support for their great ideas. how could they get financial support? by acquiring sponsors. if their ideas aren't great, do you think it will attract people who are willing to help? no. it would also be a good idea if they sell it to great companies, but it would also be great if they promote it by themselves at the same time.

  56. Money has great power and is associated with success. Wealth can easily influence one's life, depending on how you use them to the fullest. Getting financial support would be a big help and can drastically increase your chance of being successful.

A noble and genuine idea can easily encourage financiers to invest. Startups have a better chance of being successful by promoting their ideas on their own than selling them to big companies. Selling your ideas will only give you a certain amount of reward. Managing your own creation doesn't only grant you benefits, but it also gives you a sense of triumph as well.

  57. Of course I do agree because I think that even start-ups can grow to juggernauts and in fact all juggernauts are once a start-ups as long as they have the passion on what they are doing plus perseverance and hard work they can succeed so what more if they have financial supports, right? They could convince/encourage financiers to invest on their GREAT ideas if they can assure to the financiers that their money will go far and they will show their willingness to put up a succesful business and maintain a good quality and satisfactory product so that their costumers will not be disappointed and will continue to patronize their product.
It's a NO! If they're thinking to sell their ideas to those juggernauts because first of all we all have CHANCES and we don't if how far that GREAT idea can go.

  58. Start-ups are easily crush by these juggernauts not because juggernauts' ideas are far better from them, but because of the lack in financial support. Hence, if the amateur entrepreneurs' ideas will be well supported in financial aspects, a lot of great ideas will not be wasted.

Financiers will be interested to finance these of course first, if it will benefit them. Next to it is the idea itself. This includes the criteria like its practicability, usability and if it is in to trend. They will never hesitate to finance these start-ups if they will see it as something new and different among others.

These entrepreneurs would get a higher chance of gaining a bigger profit if they would developed it on their own than selling it to bigger companies. They must be patient enough. Also, they should aim to become a juggernaut and not to become a material for the success of these bigger companies.

  59. Startups have the great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support for their great ideas. If the ideas of the Startups are that great and people would benefit from it then it is worthy to be invested by the financiers. Startups should try to sell their product by themselves, because they should be the one getting famous for their brilliant idea.

  60. Definitely, start-ups could be successful just like the juggernauts today. By having great ideas that could easily attract investors, start-ups can be supported by bigger companies especially when it comes to financial support. But not only the great ideas are needed to achieve their objective; they also need to have a strong will to not to fail and also a strong faith. Start-ups should just persevere in order to reach their goal, which is to become better juggernauts someday.

  61. "Pursue excellence, and sucess will follow. Pants down."
The quotation above is from a comedy movie that will help me support my statements as I say that startups have a great of chance of becoming successful, especially when they are supported financially. Luck is no excuse, especially in business. You can succeed if you can. Being a startup is not an excuse to enter business, don't be afraid of the Juggernauts. Well, if you can't beat them, join them. Selling the ideas of the startups to the Juggernauts can help you promote your own idea and it may encourage other financiers to invest on your idea.

  62. Startups will be more successful with the help of big companies. this financiers will invest with to their idea. Financiers and big companies will give opportunity and give a name to startups for them to be known.. and if the startups has already the ability to promote themselves, then it will me more successful for them!

  63. Startups do have all the chance in becoming a professional one, because even them have started as neophytes as well. If only they have the determination in pursuing their work, they could do great. But of course, financial support is needed for their work to go concrete because that is one indication that you are progressing. These people may ask financiers to give help to them. Just by showcasing their mere ideas, they can acquire investors into their work. In order for a person to be triumphant, one shouldn't ever think of just selling their ideas to big companies because this may result to loss of exclusive rights with what should be really yours.

  64. I strongly agree that start ups will have a great chance of being successful if they will be given financial support for their ideas. On my side, the financiers will be greatly encouraged to finance the start ups if they can prove by their naked eyes how these start ups help in the development of our society. Right? Such financiers will surely help them to become more successful. For me, they shouldn't sell their own ideas to big companies because it's your own product and maybe someday your name will be famous because of your own products therefore increasing the chance of many people will admire your products because you're already famous.

  65. I agree that startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support for their great ideas. If they are determined to work hard, they can encourage financiers to invest on their ideas. I think they shouldn't sell their ideas to big companies because it's hard to trust companies especially when it comes to their rights. They should instead promote it on their own.

  66. I agree that startups will have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support for their great ideas. If their ideas are great, then they can encourage financiers to support their startups. You can learn new things at any time in your life if you're willing to be a beginner. If you actually learn to like being a beginner, the whole world opens up to you. Startups should start first on their own ideas. And I do believe in the sayings that there are so many posibilities for the startups but in the juggernaut's mind there are few.

  67. I firmly believe that the great things we have now all started with little. So given enough time and support, startups can be as successful as juggernauts too. The qualities of an idea, how great it is and how much potential it holds, can encourage financiers to invest on the ideas of the startups.
However, we should also remember that often, it does not only take sponsorships for one idea to be successful. So even though it is a big company they are selling their ideas to, be it by themselves or not, as long as startups have the strong perseverance to pursue what they have started, I believe everything will pay off good at the end.

  68. I definitely agree that start ups will have a great chance of becoming successful, if they could get enough financial assistance. GREAT IDEAS = DETERMINATION = KNOWLEDGE = SUCCESS = FULFILLMENT
This financiers would be a great help for them to achieve and have the fame for the product they'll produce.

  69. I strongly agree that for the startups to be successful they need financial assistance. For great ideas that are not applied or worked out to be realistic or useful as it was planned to be are useless. For these things to happen successfully they badly need support and we cannot hide the fact that, they really need financial support for them to put into success these great ideas.I think for the startups be able to encourage financiers they should have very relevant, nobel and useful ideas and I think its hard for startups to promote those ideas on their own without having a business partner/ financier. I think they should really have partnership to private companies that will really help them to be successful.

  70. I believe that startups have a great chance of becoming successful especially if they will have financial support for their good ideas.Financiers will be encouraged to finance their ideas if it will benefit them of course and how good the idea is.For me, they should promote their ideas by their own instead of selling it to big companies.

  71. I believe that startups will be successful if they have could get financial support and if they have the willpower to do pursue their work.Startups could encourage financiers by showing and impressing them with their ideas. The decision is up to the proponent if he will sell his ideas to someone or to a company. If he thinks that he will gain more than what he will lost, then he should sell his ideas.

  72. It's very obvious in our present and past generations that money talks , almost anything could be achieve with money , and with that there is no doubt that startups would have greater chances of becoming successful if they could financial support.

The innovation of startups with good uniqueness , imagination and artistry would encourage financiers to invest.

Startups should not sell their ideas to big companies , but instead endeavor on how they could advocate their own.

  73. I firmly believe in the saying that "Starting a company is like getting married and having kids." Loving your job is like loving a family that needed to show the real YOU and real care. Now, for the startups, they need to be knowledgeable enough and believe what is right because if there's a will there's a way for them supporting financiers. A more tactful and determination startups could start an effeciently and effectively in a business world. I think they should also stick to their ideas, and ignore that facebook clowning them. Who knows in the near future their ideas might even make it big someday and they might even become these brilliant juggernauts.

  74. I strongly agree that startups will have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get enough financial support. I believe that they'll be more successful if they are not going to sell their ideas to other company. how they will become successful in that way?

  75. Juggernauts are once startups too. So like juggernauts back in the old days, startups would have a great chance of becoming successful if they have financial support. Startups should do their best to prove and convince the financiers that their ideas are new and worth their financial support. I think startups should promote their ideas on their own instead of selling it to those big companies. Because sometimes, the ideas are from the startups, but the ones that are noticed are the big companies to whom startups sold their ideas. Always remember that great things start small.

  76. Startups have a great chance of becoming successful if it's financed by big companies. They have a higher chance of becoming professional if they are guided on the right track. I believe that those newbies have talents to improve and they can conclude a new idea that will help them attain their goals.

  77. Yes startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they will be supported with financial assistance because they can even create or rebuild the idea to newer and better one. For me there is only one way to encourage financiers or investors it is to have a record that you have already sold some or many ideas to company or investor.

  78. I do agree that startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they could get financial support for their ideas because they can easily promote their own products with money. I think financiers can be encouraged on the ideas of startups if the startups have something new on their product, something different, something unique, something entertaining and something that can be used for a long time. For me, at first i will sell my ideas to the big companies to earn money, after sometime, if i can manage on my own then it'll be the best time to promote my own products. :D

  79. Startups have a great chance of becoming successful than Juggernauts. Why? Even though they are not experienced as the Juggernauts, the ideas they have were very great. Having someone like them is a big advantage. Young Minds have the better chance of surviving than the old ones. The problem is that, startups lack confidence on starting their idea and they lack financial support. They rather sell their idea rather than to start to invest on their idea. If more startups have been given attention, more ideas will be made.

  80. I agree that startups have a great chance of becoming more successful if they could get financial support. They should prove how great their idea is in order for financiers to invest on the ideas of startups. I think startups should advertise their ideas more on BIG COMPANIES so that they will have greater commission rather than promoting it by their own.

  81. I agree that startups should continue what they are doing. They must pursue their dreams of becoming more successful. Financier would invest on them if they have a great idea that could sky rocket their money. I think that they shouldn't sell their ideas to big companies because one can be successful without the others

  82. Startups have a great chance of becoming successful if they had financial support. I think financiers would really invest if they see that there are really efforts exerted on startups. Once they are convinced, they will surely help and maybe startups could be better than those of the big companies! xD

    ReplyDelete
  83. Startups definitely have a great chance of becoming successful if they will be supported financially because they have unique and artistic minds that could be a great investment for investors. I think not all ideas should be sold because there are instances that the credit is given to the companies not to the real mind of the said idea.

    ReplyDelete
  84. I'll keep this short and simple. Startups can be successful. We shouldn't let other things or people discourage us from doing what we want especially if you're not stepping on others' rights. Life is about taking risks. And it will all be worth it in the end.

    ReplyDelete
  85. well i think startups can be succesful. It's just that people tend to discourage an idea that can make a change. It's very unique so why won't we try it first instead of discouraging it already? I guess there's no harm in trying .

  86. Startups have a great chance of being successful if they could get financial support because it can help make more enhancement to your apps. It would depend on the application for the financiers to invest because if these is a trash then no one will invest on it but if it is user-friendly and can help people in many ways then it could be a well deserved application to invest on. Example is facebook it started as a self owned app until it has attract investors that make it big on its own, we must not sell our own ideas to big companies because it has a chance to grow on its own without relying to big juggernauts of the internet industries. So strive harder in promoting your own ideas beacuse maybe someday you will be the juggernaut. Better Late Than Never :))))

    ReplyDelete
  87. Startups really have great chances of being successful in life because I believe in the saying "Big Things come from small beginnings". For me, startups will be more persevering and determined to accomplish things because they want to be somebody. They can attract financiers if they were able to present their idea very well. You need to believe that you can make it, you need SPIRIT in order to pursue things. It depends on their agreement if startups will sell their idea , if they establish a very good agreement , why not? If not then say NO.
